I have replaced all 40 skin files (teen, young adult, adult, elder) in game with new edited versions so your Sim of any body weight or fitness level can enjoy the new skin. You can mix and match this with other skin overlays, however. This is a default skin overlay, which means you wont have to apply any sort of skin overlay via skin details.
